Do I have to use the HitSend paywall?
No, you have the choice to invoice your clients on your terms. You may use the integrated paywall in HitSend and leverage the deposit, approval, and/or general payments, or decide to stick with your own solution.

Does HitSend take a cut of payments?
Never, you worked hard to earn that money and you deserve it and we don't take any cuts. Standard transaction rates do apply based on your payment method, refer to PayPal and/or Stripe for information on their rates.

How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account anytime for free by going to the settings page in your account, and then selecting the "plan" tab. In the plan tab, you have the option to downgrade your account.

What is flawless audio
Flawless audio means no downgrading, encoding, or ruining your mixes and masters you've worked on for hours. This means we make sure your clients hear the exact audio you upload by playing back full WAV and AIFF quality for up to 48x better audio quality than Dropbox or Google Drive.

What is a project seat?
Pro users have the option to use project seats to add Clients and Collaborators as project members. Being a Project Member provides additional privileges that the Playlist Link does not have, as Clients and Collaborators have their own secure login, unique permissions for uploading and downloads files, along with in app push notifications and more. What file formats do you support
You can upload or download any file to the HitSend project screen as part of a project. The HitSend player currently supports WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP3, AAC, and M4A audio along witwh binaural audio.
